After the mommaslayer incident, i realised that we needed to create a backup plan incase something happens.
It was only because almost of the COs and a number of elders and members were on that time which helped us to regroup.
I think that this is necessary because i love this clan and it would be horrible if something like this happens and we lose our members to other clans bc of an accident.

Backup plan for rogue leader
Well the leader is the highest and most powerful player in clan, no one can stop him.
Rogue leader:
1. player who is not the original owner of the account
2. Leader seems to be making trouble such as demoting/kicking members, inviting randoms and so on
3. leader just seems to lose his brain somewhere...
4. When it is time to take action, I will let you decide.
Plan
What to do:
Ldr:
1. well sucks for you.
Cos:
1. If the leader seems to be the person who is quick to anger, stay silent in chat. observe
2. When the leader starts causing trouble for a certain period of time take action
3. Send a mail out ASAP, tell them to leave and join a clan that you will create. only one CO is to do this.
4. The clan will be called 'OMG ACADEMY'. make it open and set a 0 trophy count if there are less than 5 in clan at that time.
5. Leader of new clan is to stay leader.
6. Do not accept old leader for next 24h
7. Promote people back to their positions, once there are more than 10 elders+, set to invite only. maintain 0 trophy req
Elders/members:
1. once you see the mail sent, drop everything and leave including war
2. use the sent mail to follow the CO to new clan.
In the event that no one manages to send a mail out, all players are to return to omg camp and wait for 24h. There, you will sort out leadership and creation of new clan. Only COs are to leader, not members or elders.
Rogue elder/CO
Rogue elder
Ldr/COs:
1. I think you know what to do lol
2. If person claims that someone used his acc and wants to join back, keep him as member.
Members:
1. if you are kicked without reason, return to clan once your ban period is over (24h)
Elders/COs:
1. just remember to send invite to those who got kicked.
Rogue CO
1. all elders and members are to head to omg camp/4life in the event that a CO kicks you out without a reason
2. Check clan and join back once the CO is no longer there
3. COs are to stay since you are immune, do not invite kicked members until rouge CO has left/kicked by leader.
4. additionally for COs, you can promote the remaining to CO too and let leader sort it out if you want. Just to piss off the rouge CO a bit.
