Hello OMG ACADEMY. I'm sure you already know that we announced that there would be a new Co-leader by the end of the next season. If you would like the chance to reply with the answers to the following questions on this thread then it would help us decide thanks guys!

1.Why should be a CO?The answer is that,when you are a CO ,you R the second leader.I mean U must be active,U must donate,and also be kind to those new guys,so U can show them OMG ACAdemy is friendly clan.But on the top of list,is that U have to say what is their problem in war att,in talking in and ....,so U can make the pro from beginner.
2.How can you help our Clan to be better?I`ll do my best,and it means that in war i`ll do every thing that make us win,i`ll be active and online as much as i can so that i can make every body talk,so we can have fun together,and also i`ll donate every time that i`m online,and it doesn`t matter to who i`m donating.
3.What are the requirements to join the clan?If sb wants to join OMG ACADEMY,he must be th8,but it`s not on the top of the list,he also need to have successfully deff and more important successfully att,he also need to have good completed achievements so that we can undrestand he is good enough to be in clan.
4.What are you looking for when recruiting new members?As i said the first thing is that,is he max th8 or not.Then I`m gonna check how many successfully deff and successfully att he has,and then his achievements is important for me,so i`m gonna check his donation and gold drab.
5.How do you help other members?Helping it`s not always about answering their ques,if they need troops i`ll cook the troops for them,if they need help in war,about how they shoul att i`ll answer them and also help them about their target,how they should att and what troop they can use.

Yo. This is The Viper. Lvl 98 So lets begin, WHY SHOULD I BE CO? Well, the most important thing is to be trustable. And I've proved that many times. Ive been in this family since March 2015. Loyalty is must and i am loyal to my clan. I donate, i have great achievements, and i have quite a lot of experience too to solve problems and queries of new clashers. Ive tried to go to other clans for a few days but couldnt stay there as it didnt feel like home. Seriously. Everyone here is family. Even if i dont have much gems and someone needs troops asap, ill sacrifice my gems. Basically, I should be co because I have the capacity of managing a clan in the absence of Other leaders and take wise decisions. HOW CAN I HELP THE CLAN TO GET BETTER? I'll try my best to take this clan to its greatest heights. I can recruit clashers who are willing to give their 100% in wars and win them. I will give my expertise and get better donations from all and win wars for us consistently. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN? Well, first of all you need to be a Th8. Mid th8 is all right. Max is great. Mainly achievements matter. That tells us if he is good or not. He/she should have decent war stars which tell us their attacking skills. Archers and wizards lvl 5 and dragon lvl 3 is minimum. WHAT AM I LOOKING FOR IN PLAYERS WHILE RECRUITING? First of all, their GG and EE should be suitable for their th level. They should be loyal to the clan and be generous and donate plenty. Their attacking skills and their base is important too. The player shouldn't be rushed or gemmed. And min lvl 80+ players reqd. HOW DO I HELP OTHER MEMBERS? I help others by giving them my expertise and sometimes telling them how to approach a base. I donate generously too. My average is 1k per 14 days. Im friendly and kind and always help the newer players to get better day by day. Thanks for this opportunity to express my worth. And I promise, once given the opportunity, i will make full use of it and take this clan to newer heights  |

Why should you be a CO?
Well to be a Co-leader it takes responsibility,to be trustworthy, communication, confidence, commitment. I feel like, I have all these qualities a Co-leader should have.
How can you help our Clan to be better?
Since the day i joined OMG ACADEMY I have always tried to help the clan be better. I strive people to try new attacks strategies that can benefit them throughout their clash life. In war always make a plan up for each attacker around my TH level and help with donations and to have fun with my fellow clasher in chat.
What are the requirements to join the clan?
The requirements to join OMG ACADEMY is, They have to be around a max th8 range but i will put into consideration their war stars and donations. They have to donate archers or wiz except war request. 250 min donations per week. Warlike replay to show OMG your skill and War stars.
What are you looking for when recruiting new members?
When i look for new members i always like to talk to them before inviting them to the clan to see how they are socially, ask if a loyal clan member and ask if they would like to war. I will also take into consideration their friend in need.
How do you help other members?
I tend to help members by telling them my past experiences i've had and just some basic attack tips and strategies. I want them to join in the chat without feeling uncomfortable and to make them feel OMG ACADEMY is their home and is where they belong
