Thanks for promoting me to elder, guys.
Just wondered, what are our guidelines on who should be accepted/rejected when they request? When a leader/co-leader/more experienced elder is online during a request, I'll defer to that person's decision. And I know about the banned guys; I'm asking about guys we don't know.
(a) Lvl 50+ with (b) lvl4+ archers and (c) a decent friend in need score relative to level, and (d) decent war hero score relative to their level? Anything else to look at? I just accepted John7115 who was fine on three of those four criteria (his friend in need wasn't awful but wasn't great either), and clanmember masterx was online at the time, said John7115 was his friend.
Thanks in advance for any guidelines/direction/advice/thoughts

I also look for 3 or more builders huts and no more then 1 sleeping. This is because as Academy moves forward they would just get left behind.

I also try to see his Friend in Need numbers. I try to look for someone with over 5k for lv60+. I normally leave those with less than 3k FiN to the more experienced elders or cos.

We also need to watch for war cool down timers, if they have one they were either kicked or left in the middle of a war, if over 1 day in time they left on prep day. Dont want people leaving us hanging
