Elder Minimum Requirements:
Do not ask for elder or about elder in chat
Need over 1000 donations per season. And received at least 1/2 of donated or at most twice what is donated.
Need to be a member of Academy for at least 2 full seasons from reset to reset.
Need to be mature in chat (not annoying)
Need to be able to communicate clearly the rules of the clan to new people
Need to understand and follow our rules of war (they are listed on the war page.)
Need to be a member of this forum
Need to be approved by 3 elders or coleaders.
Need to answer the following questions in post below.
Why should you be an elder?
How can you help our Clan to be better?
What are the requirements to join the clan?
Who's better Mat or Imawelder2? (hint mat doesn't read the forum)

Vinny I vote for him even though I aint currently elder since of not stable activity. When I am inactive and cant play he plays for me and is nearly always active. He doesnt know all the rules since he isnt member in this forum but overall I think he could handle it.

Sidd used to be an elder im fairly certain, either way hes been around a while. Ill bump him back up at end of the war when i boot Goblin and Xeon for low donations.

I belive that I should become an elder because I have been in the Clan for around 3 seasons now from when i returned to the OMG family. How can you help our Clan to be better? I can help the clan become better as i know all the rules and I am willing to donate. I may only donate Tier 1 troops most of the time, but that is what many people want however, during CW I normally attack with dragons so I normally will donate them. I am a very good attacker in CW and just in normal attacking and I am willing to give tips to people that are not. What are the requirements to join the clan? LvL 50+ Archer lvl 4+ (was 5+ when i first joined). A minimum of 200 donations a week. No donating Wall Breakers, Healers, Goblins, Barbarians or Giants unless they are requested. If no one has donated after 5min then everyone can donate Archers. Who's better Mat or Imawelder2? (hint mat doesn't read the forum) Imawelder2. FULLSTOP. |

Why should you be an elder? Because I'm an active member since the clan has started. And I'm mature enough to be an elder.
How can you help our Clan to be better? I can help the clan by donating more than a thousand per season and being active during wars.
What are the requirements to join the clan? Our current req to join the clan: Arch 5+, Lvl 60+, 200 donations per week.
Who's better Mat or Imawelder2? (hint mat doesn't read the forum)
It doesn't matter who is better. They are great member of the clan.

Hey welder, My vote goes to Chripher and Cicerone. kapten is good over clan... Boast his donates during war.... Active during war time..... Must be see other than cw as well..! I'd say dtiger just needs to get received up a bit more first. Kapten & cicerone have my vote. Cripher has my vote too if he can remain active.
