semi-inactives what happens to them?

I have been wondering what happens to the semi inactives. Most of the time when I get my phone back i will be semi inactive because of school and my piano exams coming. ( on week days not week ends ) . I will still be able to attack on cw but most likely 1 time if it is on week days. And I wont know when I will be playing on the weekdays maybe little sometimes long. So if u know the answer to my question plz tell me below thx for helping peace.
