In war requests, I think we all know that any member can request anything.
But outside of war, this came up in chat yesterday, with Bardia and Yassine and another member, forgot who, carrying on a bit.
Can a member request troops that he does not have himself? Are there any grey areas?
Let's imagine the requestor has lvl5 archer, lvl4 wizards, lvl2 drag, lvl1 minion, and no pekka. Below are non-war requests - are any of them ok?
1) "lvl5+ Wizards"
2) "Drag or wiz or lvl2 minion"
3) "Anyone have a Pekka?"
4) "Pekka or Drag or lvl5+ arch"
I don't think #1 should be allowed, but I'm actually fine with request #2, #3, and #4, and have been guilty myself of #3 and #4. But what do other elders/coleaders/leader think? Do we have a rule already on this?
And what's punishment? I can't imagine doing one of these requests once without prior warnings would be kickable offense(?)
