Here is the place to discuss the future clan. Here are my current plans for this:
Create the clan on September 1st.
The first full league season of each month will be trophy push for those 2 weeks. The remainder of the weeks will be farming time.
Sept 1st is the first day of the new league season. so we would be starting a push right off.
Lvl 5 Archer troop will be allowed in the clan, but minimum is 2000 trophies no dropping after joining.
There will not be a donation minimum and ratios will be watched but no set ratio. However posting requests without donating to open requests will get kicks.
Language will be more colorful then most omg clans but not as colorful as Black Horde clans. The occasional expletive will be allowed but not at other players (no namecalling).
War schedule during push weeks is yet to be determined. Would like to see a lot of wars going on but don't want to interfere with pushing. Farming weeks would be Wars with 1 day breaks between.
Activity and pushing will be required. People not participating in pushes will be asked to leave to join the non pushing clans in the alliance.
Please post thoughts and suggestions below. All input appreciated.

Right now I was planning on running it and handing over academy to one of the coleaders. If others are interested though we can always vote.

Welder why dont u share lead with someone else. Eg. U lead for a month or something then u give lead to another leader. Eg. Big red or OMG trophies' leader ( who i forgot the name of apparently )

JOJO that might work down the road, I feel in the beginning we need 1 leader to tie it all together. There will be lots of new people that dont know each other coming together, hopefully.  BTW I will be visiting the other clans this coming week after i finish my war raids. |

sweet welder will be nice to see ya again  bein elder in donations was harder than academy was ever was BTW ill be visiting academy prob end of this season for a few cw. |

All input appreciated. Good luck on this effort! My two cents: If on Sept. 1 all of a sudden all other omg/bh clans top members leaves, we could have some problems. Take OMG academy for example - all of a suddent we might have 38 members and nobody above Gold 1...we'll have some real trouble recruiting/maintaining level5+ archer talent. Not sure how to organize this, but ideally, for example with omg donations, picking some names at random... ---welder and mat and coop could leave omg donations Aug 19 ---jermk and lydon and turtle could leave omg donations Aug 22 ---gary and cer and sam could leave omg donations Aug 25 ---nate and bj and mike could leave omg donations Aug 28 ---whoever else is planning to be in crystal could leave omg donation Sep 1 |

Sounds fun. I wouldnt join the first week of september as I will be on a camping trip. I agree with Abadat and think we need to be careful not to pull too many from Academy too fast. But also I've notice we are rejecting a fair amount of decent looking players because we are full on a fairly regular basis.

We can make the clan earlier for example 15 days before the push starts and we can move 2 peeps every 2 days of each clan ( bh and omg ) this way we both have 2 days to recruit 2 ppl , this can work let me know how u feel of this

Yea i really like the idea of slowly creating it, Great idea guys. We need to start a list of who all will be interested incoming over so we know much room we will have. Ill start a thread just for that

Sounds like the plans for OMG Horde are coming together well! I have no issue with Welder as leader, as long as we can put a democracy together. I have been running the Black Horde Family Clans with Auntar since day 1, and have discovered the best success comes with agreement of leadership. I'm open to any ideas of course as to how many leaders get a vote, how many leaders from each family....etc! Just my nickels worth!

Sounds great BigRed, My basic idea was to get the clan up and running to see who all we have and make sure we all clash well together. After about a month or two we will need to start sorting some of the more basic details. Part of it all will be who is going to stay in this new clan and who will just be joining for the push each month.
Was leaning towards 2coleaders from each of the clan families to run it, Each Coleader gets to pick 4 elders.. So it would be 1 leader 4 coleaders 16 elders. Each Coleader gets to pick 4 elders.
All rule changes would be posted on the forum here and then voted on by leaders, coleaders and elders.

Sounds like a perfect plan! I agree, let's get it stable for a couple of months, then we can revisit any rules and regs. I know I will be bouncing in and out as I have the other 3 BH clans to tend to. This could be our greatest clan yet!
